Vacation rentals with a patio in Voula

Although situated out of the centre of Athens, everywhere you want to visit is walkable with good access to trams and metro. The location is more residential but the apartment more than made up for being non central, and quite nice being away from crowds. The views from the balcony towards the Acropolis are amazing, especially whilst in the hot tub! The space is modern with great attention to detail and superbly clean and tidy with a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. Lots of cafes and restaurants in close proximity albeit not in the touristy area. The host was super helpful, great communication and proactive with help and advice.

Lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Clean and clear and easy. Loved sitting on the balcony morning and evening. It had everything I needed. Panos was super helpful and arranged my airport transfer personally. Really nice short walk to the local beach. I also recommend going to the nearby Vouliagemi lake to swim and sunbathe (day ticket €17). This apartment and town felt a nice and safe place to stay as a solo female traveller.

great apartment on the fifth floor. view of mountains and sea. great to watch the ferries coming and going. it was a well decorated modern space. the lift only goes to the 4th floor so there is 1 flight to go up with luggage. if I have a negative, its the space where the bed is, very small and could not be called a bedroom.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

This apartment holds everything you need, From a large balcony surrounding the apartment, cosy saloon and specially sofa, Because the house holds 2 connected balconies there was amazing breeze inside the apartment And specially the sunset and morning light that enters into the apartment. We will definitely return to this apartment at our next visit at this area. The owner was very kindly and responsive for any requirements that we needed.

Avons passé un excellent séjour chez Romanos. Hôte très réactif. Appartement très bien situé ( tramway, mer, restaurants, supermarché,...). Je recommande sans hésitation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Marios ! tout était très propre et bien agencé. Marios et sa mère étaient très serviables et réactifs vis à vis de tout nos besoins. nous ne pouvons que recommande ce logement ! encore merci !!

המקום שימש אותנו ללינת לילה קצרה, לצורך טיסת קונקשן. המארח אסף אותנו בלילה והחזיר אותנו לשדה התעופה בשעת בוקר מוקדמת, תמורה תשלום הוגן. היחידה נמצאת קרוב לשדה, כך שכל אלה היו יתרונות בולטים עבורנו. המקום נקי ומסודר, ותואם למה שהוצג בתמונות.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The view was beautiful and the design of the apartment was well thought out and felt very authentic. The little touches like recessed lighting, electric shutters, fans, aircon, and antique furniture were much appreciated and elevated our stay — we found it very well suited to short term stays. In general, it would have been nice if there was slightly more upkeep/ freshening up of the place (particularly in the kitchen) but that was our only real gripe. Similarly, the furniture, despite being pretty, was not very functional, especially in the twin room and kitchen (which could benefit from a little revamp and restock of supplies like more cooking apparatus and better washing up facilities). But as we were only there for 3 days, it didn’t bother us much and instead we ate out for every meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, authentic design, responsive host and beautiful views.

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay
