CHESTNUT TREE COTTAGE PEACEFUL RURAL SETTINGS

3 cute cottages, named Mulberry tree, Daphne and Chestnut tree, with private pool each one, and very nice surrounded terraces full of trees, plants and flowers, located at Potami (means river) area, between Agnontas beach and Panormos beach. They are full of character with elegant interior decors, entirely suited to the gloriously peaceful rural setting. They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

Agios Petros by the Sea is a traditional house located in one of the most beautiful bays of Alonnissos (Agios Petros). The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

Literally 3 minutes walking distance from "Votsi" beach where you can find cafes and restaurants with local food. Around 500m from the wild "Spartines" beach. Grocery store within short walking distance. Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful location, you are welcome to enjoy your summer vacation here and relax fully!

Other the sea

Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 50m from the house there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if one wants something more intense, 1 km away is the famous Saint Dimitrios beach. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of the narrow Peristera.

Lithea villas by the sea

Lithea Villas and Studios by the Sea is located on the bay of Agios Petros in Alonnisos, 8 km away from the port of Patitiri. It offers 5 spacious studios and 3 villas, all with beautiful views and kitchen facilities. The studios are located at sea level and the villas a little higher.

EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECKOUT I take safety very seriously and leave enough time or even a full day between each booking for sanitizing and cleaning to be most effective. With this in mind, you can request early check-in or late checkout, but you will need to let me know in advance.
