Brand new Penthouse overlooking Halkis

Sunny, recently renovated penthhouse on the 5th floor with big veranda and fabulous view to the Halkida reef! It is only 5 minutes on foot from the sea! It has elevator, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fully A/C, bed linen and towels provide. It has a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate 4 people in total. Also, the hall can be used as a wonderful office with great view. Plz note for bookings longer than 10 days a weekly cleaning service must be provided at the cost of 20 euro.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο χώρο που ανακαινίστηκε ριζικά τον Ιούλιο του 2024 και βρίσκεται κεντρικά στην πόλη της Χαλκίδας μόλις 450μ από την παλαιά γέφυρα στην διατηρητέα και ιστορική συνοικία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. The guesthouse is very close to the beaches of Sykia, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (former TEI ).

Beautiful apartment in the center of Chalkida!

The apartment, fully renovated, is located on the main street of Chaina, in the center of Chalkida. The distance from Kourenti and Papathanasiou beach is just 100 meters away. The nice ouzeries in the city are right below..it is ideal for summer holidays as there is air conditioning and all the necessary utensils you need for a long vacation.. I will be happy to host you!

The house was in great condition, very clean and very good views. Right in the city center with all the shops accessible and only ten minutes from the train station. The owner, Themis, responded promptly to messages to help you with anything you need as well as his mother, Mrs. Vasso, who was very kind and willing to inform you about everything. I was very happy with my service and stay and I highly recommend the house.
