Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water.
