The tranquility is large. Only during the day can a tractor or other agricultural equipment come by, working on the tree nursery, located on the estate. The caravan is equipped with a simple kitchen, sofa bed and separate bedroom with double bed. An ideal base for cycling and hiking tours in the IJsseldelta or in the Veluwe. Many historical Hanseatic cities nearby (Kampen, Hattem, Zwolle, Deventer). At 15 meters walking distance a spacious wooden building with toilet, shower and sink. A gem for peace seeker

nice little cottage with a great garden. Parking right in front of the gate. The Airbnb has everything you need. You should only be aware that the toilet has no door and therefore you will share the accommodation with someone with whom you are accordingly close. We would book again anytime.

Delightfully enjoyed the pipo dream😃. Exactly as in the pictures. Wonderfully clean and cozily furnished, cozy bedstee and nice shower! The fence of the garden was not yet completely overgrown so that's why you are quite on the lookout when you sit outside or chill in the hammock. During my stay, the fence was supplemented with fake ivy which made it a little better. Otherwise only good about the accommodation!

We were received very hospitably by Ardjan and Lotti. The cottage is very nice and very clean. Downstairs, a great kitchen and small functional bathroom. Upstairs a spacious living room with a lovely sofa and the bedroom with a nice bed. Communication was always very smooth and Ardjan was always available for questions and tips. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. In the morning, you will be awakened by a rooster and a cow, great! We ordered breakfast. Highly recommended, a party every morning. The cozy Elburg and Harderwijk are nearby. We also visited Palace 't Loo. We really enjoyed this beautiful place and would love to come back.

We had a wedding nearby and were looking for a nice space for the two of us. We certainly found that with Wouter and Marijke. It's a lovely studio. Looks really great (new or almost new). We didn't lack anything. And in our opinion, everything has been well thought out (hooks in the bathroom, mirror on the door, etc.) Just have our enthusiasm to share here

We had a great stay here with my partner’s elderly parents. The kitchen is on the ground floor, above on the first floor there is a bedroom/bathroom and living room. The staircase is somewhat steep but there is a railing. We slept on the second floor, everything was pristine and worked. It was great cooking in the well appointed kitchen which lacked nothing.

Peace and quiet in "De Rieten".

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind. “Peace and space in the Riet” is decorated with care and love, sparkling clean and surrounded by silence and greenery. I often stay in hotels for work, but many can learn from this. Even the bedding and towels smell wonderfully fresh. The kitchen is complete, even with an air fryer. In the evening I watched my series relax on TV through my Chromecast. The view of the vast nature works immediately soothing. The private terrace was my favorite place for a cup of coffee in the morning sun and a book in the evening. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for peace, nature and a place where everything is right. It was wonderful landing, with the opportunity to do something when I felt like it. I enjoyed the terrace to the fullest for many hours. Wilma and Richard are warm and respectful. You feel welcome and have all the privacy. I came to return to the simplicity and that worked here. Thank you.

We stayed at Pipowagon XL for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The place was very cozy and had a warm and welcoming feel. You can really see how much thought went into the small details. Everything was well arranged, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. From the comfy bed to the cute kitchen setup, it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings made it even better. Thank you Astrid for creating such a lovely space. We would definitely love to come back.
