The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Our apartment is cozy and modernly furnished. In the living room, there is an XL leather couch, an electric fireplace and a smart TV, as well as a small corner with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. In the quiet bedroom is the 180 x 200 cm double bed. From the living room and bedroom, as well as from the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains.
