Monthly Rentals in Volunteer Park Reservoir

Was a lovely space in North Capitol Hill. Had a great time being in a nice neighborhood. Near tons of good restaurants and coffee shops.

This was an unbelievably stunning place. I would have given it high marks for just the first two floors of the house, but then when you head up to the indoor outdoor space of the third floor and roof, it becomes otherworldly. This is an amazing place to stay, and you won’t forget the rooftop views. Can’t wait to come back.

A terrific AirBnB if you’re visiting the Seattle Downtown area. You’re a short walk/quick bus ride to Capitol Hill, and a slightly longer ride to Downtown. Patti went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Checking in was stress-free and we had a wide range of amenities including laundry machines, iron/ironing board Keurig pods and toothpaste/shampoo! Patti also provided bagels, cream cheese, jam, and OJ for breakfast. Bonus points for having Carl Sagan’s Cosmos on DVD! Would recommended this AirBnB to anyone looking to check out the Seattle area for a reasonable price.

I have stayed at this location before and wrote a glowing review then and nothing has changed. We will stay here over and over again in the future. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and within minutes you feel right at home. The apartment has all amenities covered. The hosts are friendly and responsive. You lack for nothing. However, in case you do need something everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is great for walks and we oooh and aaah at all the great houses along the way. I can't say enough about this apartment in CapHill. I am almost afraid to write too much because I don't want it taken when we need it next! hahaha You will have an awesome experience!!
