A wonderful house,very cozy. Rosangela is a great host, she welcomed us super well, me and my mom. Loved the house, everything is clean and tidy, an amazing space that passes a great peace. They are great hosts 🤩 Impeccable in cleaning , receptive, attentive. The house is airy, bright, well cared for, with comfortable beds, very well equipped. The place is quiet, great for getting out of the city's turmoil and connecting with nature and perfect for rest. Family-friendly environment, it was great for children. We are very pleased and we recommend it to those who can!!

house is perfect , car in the garage with automatic gate, large rooms,good location near the market, downtown the owner of the house always very attentive, responding quickly to the messages , her aunt received me and showed me the house . super recommend and I will be back again

Good afternoon, we spent our Carnival at the Flat da Letícia (Hosta) prq. We wanted a quieter location and that had local activities beyond the Parque da Aldeia das águas for our two children, a very appropriate place and I already know the place to go every year, it was easier to understand the space, more I recommend a lot and everything was very good, the weather was perfect for our trip to the Village Park and tbm to enjoy the swimming pool of the Quartier, I appreciate your attention and all the way given by the Host of Flat.

Sensational. It met our expectations. Casa Linda, hot, comfortable. The rooms are close by, but are very isolated from the mess of the common area. A fully integrated house in every way. Marcelo is very helpful, responded to messages quickly.

Everything was wonderful! Ana and Marcelo are the true epitome of hospitality. We were greeted with a wonderful Easter cake, the house is wonderful and exudes art. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend a few days of rest at this accommodation ♥️

Vinicius was very helpful and quick to respond, cautious from check-in to checkout, I felt at home, extremely comfortable bed and warm shower, I did not use the kitchen but I saw that it was well equipped for the main needs. I'll be back for sure!
