Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Between the renowned wine village of Meursault and the vines, this meticulously renovated home provides a stylish and comfortable base from which to relax, entertain and enjoy yourselves.. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite, spacious living room, dining area and open well equipped kitchen. There are 2 private terraces. At the end of the large garden there is a pool (June to October) and Petanque pitch both shared with the house next door. A home ideal for sharing with friends.

A perfect place for lovers of Burgundy grand crus, nature walks, and friendly moments for families or groups of friends. Perfect gîte for up to 4, can accommodate up to 6.

This spacious 18th century mill combines charm and modern comfort: dining room with 75 m2 open kitchen, 30 m2 veranda, 1000 m2 garden with pond and waterfall, ping pong table, trampoline and barbecue. Equipped with air conditioning, sauna, jacuzzi, 4K video projector. Parties prohibited, respect the quiet after 11 p.m., subletting prohibited. You will be on the edge of the wine route and at the start of many walks and hikes, both on foot and by bike.

COUETTE & living is a 160 m2 vacation home. Completely renovated in 2023 to accommodate up to 7 guests. The ground floor includes an entrance and fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with toilets. On the 2nd floor, the "attic" accommodates a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed and finally a TV lounge.
