Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are spacious and comfortable with high quality bedding. The living/dining room is warm with a cross light and a pellet stove.

The property is located close to downtown, in a commercial area; it is a 100 m² industrial-style loft. Parking with gate. Quiet environment between the canal and the Bourbince. Our capacity is 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed), 1 child or 1 adult (1 single bed) and 1 baby (1 crib), if necessary and on request a king-size inflatable mattress can be added in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. The downstairs sofa is not convertible.
