Beautiful 1930s residence, classified 3*, carefully restored and refurbished, with a pleasant enclosed garden, located in a peaceful residential area adjacent to the city center of Paray le Monial, the famous sanctuary city "of the Sacred Heart". Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are spacious and comfortable with high quality bedding. The living/dining room is warm with a cross light and a pellet stove.

Gîte for 8 people near Paray le Monial in exposed stone. Completely renovated and adjoining the owner's house, our gîte includes 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and a dormitory with bunk beds for a total of 8 beds. Our house is a farmhouse that we have completely renovated on a plot of 1800 m2 with a hammock in the trees and two outdoor corners as well as a vegetable garden. Only 8 km from Paray le Monial and 5 km from Charolles and 30 minutes from PAL.
