Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Nice apartment at the ground level, near center of Stranda (2km). Quiet neighbourhood close to the nature. Big terrace and garden, children-friendly. No steps, parking right at the front door. Perfect area for hiking, exploring and excursions, only 10 minutes by car to reach Strandafjellet ski resort and gondolas. Great base for randonee skiing. Geiranger, Ålesund, Trollstigen, Atlanterhavsvegen and Runde are some of the attractions that can be reaced as a daytrip. Stryn and Loen skylift.

Volda, home with views in rural surroundings, 1st floor

The decor is a mix of retro, old treasures and a little new. Duvets and pillows are mostly new. Can provide thinner ones if desired. We live in the countryside, our village is called Hjartåbygda, 10 min by car from Volda city center. There is no public transport, so you should have your own car. Nice hiking area right outside the door, marked trails. Otherwise quiet and peaceful. Right by the lake, and by car it is not far to many of Sunnmøre's beautiful mountains.

Idyllic fjord apartment near Ålesund

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.
