Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

The gîte and B&B of the Fabrique des Luddites is a fully renovated 135m2 character house nestled in a former 19th-century fabric factory surrounded by a large park at the foot of a wooded hill. The gîte has three bedrooms, a 20m2 kitchen, a 45m2 living/dining room with video projector and a library, and is surrounded by a large outdoor garden with a dining area. It is suitable for families or groups of up to 8 people. Free Wi-Fi and private parking.

At Clos des Hirondelles, we like to take our time and observe the birds. In this village house restored by us, the atmosphere is zen, simple and warm. It's a family home where we like to meet, a house in the countryside too: the roosters sing at dawn and you can hear the bells of the village church! Close to the ViaRhôna, it is an ideal stopover for cyclists and hikers. Off-season, it's also great to enjoy the garden and unwind!

Etienne and Matthieu offer 2 self-catering gîtes, for your stays with friends or family (your pets are welcome). The "Corps de Ferme" has a surface area of 180 m2 and can accommodate up to 10 people. Its outdoor Nordic bath is private to the gite. The "Bergerie", with a surface area of 55 m2, can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people (2 adults max.)

Located at an altitude of 800 m in the small hamlet of St Marcel d'en Haut located on the heights of the village of Chapareillan in the Chartreuse Mountains.
