Peaceful , clean location in a very well built home. Good breakfast, the famous Kovalam beach is 600 meters on a busy street , ( if you have mobility problem, you can take a rickshaw ) on the way to the beach there are lots of shops, including Fab India, lots of typical beach stores and small shops. Joseph seemed to love his work of hosting, he was always available , cheerful and keen to make excellent recommendations and to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place, will stay again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist fast vor der Tür. Es ist herrlich, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und auf das Meer schauen zu können. Raghav war ein toller Gastgeber, war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert. Nithin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Lediglich die Sauberkeit muss optimiert werden und das Haus braucht ein paar Reparaturen. Raghav und Nithin kümmern sich aber bereits darum. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen sehr genossen.

My one-night stay at Mr. Shefik’s place was perfect. He is a very welcoming and helpful host, always ready to share great tips about the area. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The place is quiet, making it ideal for a good night’s rest. Plus, the location is convenient for exploring Trivandrum. A big thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this stay !

The place is really calm and relaxing. The property is by the lake and it is well kept and maintained. Akhil is a super-host, he is responsive and super friendly regarding the business. Will definitely suggest to travellers looking for a relaxing weekend by the lake and seas of kovalam.

Host(Mr.Abid) was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive. Definitely recommended for big family outings and get togethers. Only small concern was that big vehicles can't get to the location as the road for about 50 mts was very narrow and had to walk a bit to reach the destination.

A perfect place and the perfect host very friendly and good guide .If we want home food he provides for us .He satisfied more than we expected he took us to river bath and made us explore the place.If u are planning trip to nagarcoil or any places nearby even kovalam beach is accessible stay here without any worry THE BEST STAY

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Had an Excellent Homestay like my home. A peaceful area without any disturbances and temples and restaurants nearby. Rooms with neat furniture and linen. Enjoyed our stay. Hats off to Mr Irfan

The stay was amazingly beautiful !! The host was very responsive and the caretaker at the property was helpful too. My family just loved the place. It felt like we could stay there for another day just to enjoy the beauty of the stay and the surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!

It was a nice place to stay over there and the location was very nice.

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

Terry's place is great. It's spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The views of the surrounding area are excellent, and are best enjoyed with a coffee on the balcony. The apartment is quiet and private. There's a large TV for relaxing after a busy day, and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals. The security guard is super friendly and helpful. It's easy to catch an auto, while there's also fruit and vegetables stalls and local restaurants within walking distance.

I had a great experience at Mr. Rahim's apartment. The location was great, it was easily findable. Check in & check out was pretty seamless. The place was super clean and comfortable and had great views of the city. Will recommend it highly if you need to spend a quite night in Trivandrum. Mr. Rahim was also quick to respond to my messages and it was overall a great experience.

Mr.Kevin was very responsive and has taken care of all our requirements immediately. They are many great restaurants between 5km radius. I would love to visit again and recommend other too.
