This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

At the gates of Morvan and many tourist sites (medieval site of Guédelon, Vézelay, the vineyards of Tannay and Pouilly, archaeological site of Compierre...) this accommodation will make a good base to discover the region. Perfect for nature lovers!

Located near Chablis vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/ Ratilly/ Chastellux or Guédelon , Arcy caves. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility of adding a crib on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, dish towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Pets such as dogs and cats only allowed and 2 maximum.

Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

A cozy quiet place to relax and refuel from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly furnished and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.
