Located 20 km from Rennes, in La Berthelais, come and enjoy the Breton countryside and the charm of this farmhouse, where you can relax by the pond and spend quality time in a friendly atmosphere. Discover the Mayenne countryside, the city of Fougères and its fabulous Château, Laval, Vitré, Rennes, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Granville, ... The house is surrounded by nature, quiet without any nuisance and we live in the house next door. You will have a kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor as well as a toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 bed and 2 with 2 beds 90), a bathroom and a toilet.
