Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Οι Ναϊάδες είναι διαμέρισμα στο ισόγειο διπλοκατοικίας στο κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στην καφετέρια Ντίμερ, και κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά και ΑΤΜ που καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Απέχει 15 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από τα αναρριχητικά πεδία Μανικίων, και την Παραλία Κύμης. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε οικιακό εξοπλισμό και συσκευές, WIFI, πλυντήριο ρούχων και air condition. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι 4 άτομα, έχοντας 2 κύρια υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι το καθένα.

Επιπλέον, βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από τη θάλασσα (3χλμ), από το λιμάνι της Κύμης (7χλμ) καθώς από άλλες πανέμορφες τοποθεσίες όπως, ο Μύλος του Σαντά, η παραλία Θαψά, ο καταρράκτης των Μανικίων , τα αναρριχητικά πεδία στα Μανίκια , πεζοπορικές διαδρομές και πολλά ακόμα μέρη πλούσιου φυσικού κάλους.
