Our new favorite place. Peaceful, Private and Quite. Definitely going back. Our fur babies love it so much. They roamed the place like they owned it.

The place is really nice—I had a great time staying there! The caretaker was also very accommodating, and the amenities were well provided. The only downside was that around 4 AM, I could still hear hammering noises coming from the 3rd floor, which sounded like ongoing construction or maintenance. It was a bit disturbing while trying to sleep, but overall, the experience was excellent and the place is great!

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

We only stayed 1 night but everything was perfect! The place was spacious, clean, relaxing and super aesthetic! Kuya Tolitz also made everything a lot better from coordinating our tours, to giving us tips about the island and to cooking an awesome seafood boodle fight for us. 10 stars!!!!

Place is perfect for barkadas and families. Beautiful view of the sea right in front of the home. Close to Kabutongan Falls which we went to visit right after we checked out. Host is also very responsive and allowed us to stay for an extra few hours. Highly recommended!

stayed for three days and two nights at joey’s place and i can say that it was worth it! everything you need is there, you can do laundry and cook whenever you want. plus, they have a pool just outside the unit. helpful and responsive staff. will definitely be back!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mactan Newtown! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beachside getaway. With three air conditioners, staying cool in the 30°C heat and humidity was never an issue. After long days at the beach, having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus too — perfect for prepping snacks and meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Mactan!

We love this house. We always feel right at home here. Stuart and the rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. All are needs and requests were met within minutes. This is our second time here and it won’t be our last.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The place is beautifully designed, very picture-worthy, and spotlessly clean. The staff - Dodong, Reniel and Chef Benjie- were incredibly hospitable and very accommodating—they truly made our stay worry-free by taking care of our meals, which was such a thoughtful touch. This is a special unspoiled place, I would highly recommed to everyone looking for tranquility and getting away from it all.. The surroundings and garden are beautiful, there are many options to hang out and relax. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The housekeeper family took good care of us and prepared delicious meals. The communication upfront with MaryJeanne was good and friendly, everything was well organised. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day!

An absolutely brilliant place to stay! The location is quieter than the busy white beach and situated at the top of the hill where you have the best views of Boracay. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped with everything you need. We were extremely well looked after by the hosts. It is probably more suited to the younger generation due to the 250 steps up the hill but my 70 year old parents made it after a couple of stops. When checking in, wait at the beach entrance to the Microtel hotel and not the street entrance.

Had a special birthday celebration for my dad's birthday. It was the perfect place for the event mini birthday getaway. Big house for a big family. Great entertainment and view. well kept and clean! Thank you so much Simala Beach House! Great time!

Martin's place was perfect for our family. It's like a minute away from the beach, a lot of restaurants and spa just right down below. I also want to say thank you to Liz for being so helpful and kind to us.We will definitely stay at Martin's place again the next time we go back to boracay☺️

We really enjoyed our time in Anda. it was a clean and very good equipped Bungalow (Smart Tv, Snacks, Info about the area etc.) There are just two Bungalows so its very privat and quiet and the staff helped us with everything. we loved the beautiful places in front of the sea and the whole place is lovely designed. we would love to come back and spend our time there! highly recommended 😊

The place was great and the beach was nice! Power generator was a bit wonky since it was new but they were quick to apologize and fix it. Nice staff too!

Great place. Very convenient and near to the whale sharks encounter. Restaurants very close and private access to the beach is nice. We definitely recommend this place!
