Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

Great value. Spacious, clean, nice view, free parking and convenient location. Miroslav and Aleksandar were very friendly and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The apartment itself is well equipped and next to a busy road. The apartment comes with AC but we were surprised how well it kept the temperature at bay even when it was around 30 degrees outside. We weren't bothered, but traffic produces some noise. Also, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes if you can find the right alleyways. However, when you head back to the apartment, be ready to climb some stairs or take a longer route since the apartment is located on a hillside. Consider renting a car or getting a taxi if walking isn't your piece of cake. A clear 5/5 for me.

Nice experience to live in this house

We loved our stay here! If you want a taste of local life with a private beach, friendly neighbors, and a quiet getaway, this is your place. Risan is a smaller town away from the crazy traffic in Kotor. There were markets, a great gelato place, and two local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive to visit Perast and Kotor, but we ended up so thankful we stayed here because it wasn’t covered in tourists and felt like a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Gorana and her parents were lovely! Helped us find a taxi one day and made us some sweets the next day. The view from Risan is incredible and we spent many evenings sitting by the sea. We 100% recommend and would come back and stay again.

Jovan ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber, die Wohnung war top. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig.. und der Flughafen ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Если бы можно было поставить 5+, я бы это сделала! Вилла полностью соответствует фото и даже лучше, видно, что за всем следят и ухаживают, все чисто и уютно, много места, хоть мы были только вдвоем. А какой аромат в саду, какие виды на залив и горы, просто непередаваемо, хотелось сидеть часами во дворе и наслаждаться природой и видами. Есть спуск в воду, даже покатались на сапе, несмотря на прохладную водичку, в сезон думаю просто идеально поплавать в кристальной водичке. Владельцы очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые на любые просьбы, дали хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам, угостили фруктами и хорошим вином. Мы уже планируем следующую поездку в это замечательное место, обязательно вернемся! Спасибо вам Maja & Meri 🫶

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

Amazing place to stay with your family. Super nice and responsive hosts. We even got a small welcome and good buy gifts. Would definitely come back. One needs a car to go around as there is no pavement along the roads by the coast. Gets perfect once you rent a car / come with the own one.

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à l'appartement. Ce dernier est très bien placé dans la petite ville de Rijeka (à proximité d'une supérette, des restaurants et de la rivière). Ivana est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à proximité et est très réactive quand nous avons une question. Elle nous a aussi conseillé de faire une promenade en barque avec son papa au coucher du soleil sur le lac Skadar. Expérience incroyable, que nous vous recommandons vivement ! Vous pouvez réserver votre séjour chez Ivana les yeux fermés.

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

This wonderful place is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay as the apartment had everything you could wish for. A grocery store is within 15mins walking distance and the marvelous old town of Kotor along with multiple hiking trails in the neighbouring mountains are within the same distance. Even the airport of Tivat is even within 15mins by car but this place feels like a different place on earth as peaceful and quiet as it is! I wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for everything!
