Tastefully and charmingly restored, it has all the modern amenities but retains its authentic character. You'll love its lovely little shaded and flowery garden. The house is close to shops: bakery, grocery store, wine shop, newspaper stand, pharmacy, stationery, florist, hairdressers, post office and bank. Local produce market on Friday mornings.

Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this former small mill, completely restored and air-conditioned, is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom - On the 1st floor: a second bedroom and a second bathroom.
