Hello, we are Ronnie and Fransiska, and together with 4 children, 4 dogs and even more animals, we live in the countryside in Witharen. The house is on our property but separated, and you have a clear view of the countryside. It is centrally located between the Reestdal and the Vechtdal, nearby you have plenty to do and you can enjoy cycling quietly. If you have any questions during your stay, you can always come to us. The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

The cottage is equipped with every comfort, and the garden offers a lot of privacy. Nearby there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car. The cottage sleeps 4.

Relax in the countryside. Enjoy the silence, the clean air, the beautiful views, and the wonderful flora and fauna. Forget all your worries. Contrary to what is stated in the description, we do not share any spaces. The room, bathroom, and toilet are for your exclusive use. To start your day off right, it is also possible to book a delicious breakfast for €12 per person. Optionally, we can provide a delicious dinner. This is always by arrangement. Feel free to ask.

Staying at the farm

Staying at the farm, who wouldn't want that? Discover the countryside. Enjoy the space and tranquility. Nice wooden little basic house, under the oak trees, with a cozy interior. In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.

Fun with the whole family in this stylish vacation home. In the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy family home. Fully equipped, with 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely beds, kitchen with cooking island, cozy living room with TV / Wii, wood stove and very spacious garden. With BBQ, fire basket and cozy fireplace to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!
