Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

My family, my wife and 7 month baby, enjoyed our time at the home. The team is very responsive to our needs from baby cot to a high chair and also a day when ants invade due to us not throwing out the trash in time, the situation was properly and swiftly dealt with. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street and we enjoy the quiet time after a day out at the property. Overall it was great, thank you for the hospitality :)

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

Thật may là có Golden Tree hỗ trợ nhận đồ và cho tôi cất nhờ đồ nên công việc của chúng tôi được thuận lợi và tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian. Golden Tree có lễ tân trực sáng & tối rất thuận tiện hỗ trợ khách mọi lúc. Nhân viên dọn dẹp vệ sinh cũng rất chu đáo nhiệt tình. Tôi rất hài lòng và lần sau được vào công tác khu quận 7, tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở tiếp nơi này. Đồi diện Golden Tree cũng có 1 quán hủ tíu siêu siêu ngon, trong 8 ngày ở đây tôi đã ăn sáng ở quán này đến 4-5 lần 🤤 Ngon hơn cả những quán nổi tiếng ở quận 1. Khu vực xung quanh Golden Tree vừa yên tĩnh, vừa an toàn lại rất nhiều nhà hàng tiện lợi.

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

The place is roomy and very well-located in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. Van is very responsive. I enjoyed our stay.

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

Great host and very comfortable place. So clean and the view is awesome, you can see so much of the city. Recommended for a local vibe.

Great little room above a coffee shop. 15 minute taxi journey away from downtown town and 10 min walk to the crazy “Walking Street”. Recommend.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

Had the best time staying with Susan! The apartment ist located in a very good and safe area and it's easy to get to any part of town, even by foot. The room is bright and clean, everything worked perfectly well! I very much look forward to coming back to Saigon and staying here again. (My personal highlight was the mattress, which was so comfortable!)

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The unit was very clean with lots of sunlight. Good location in Thao Dien near a lot of restaurants and shops and was also close to the river. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms didn't have great sound insulation but overall not a huge deal. I would recommend staying here.
