Our stay at Ruby Home was perfect! The host was responsive and staff is on-site to assist with any problems that may arise. The area is home to lots of great food and cafes. Despite the hustle and bustle of the main street, the airbnb is very quiet. You can even use the balcony to look out over the city. :)

It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

Great place, clean, and a very comfortable bed. It's worth noting that the elevator in this building can take a very long time, which is no fault of the Airbnb host of course.

Had the best time staying with Susan! The apartment ist located in a very good and safe area and it's easy to get to any part of town, even by foot. The room is bright and clean, everything worked perfectly well! I very much look forward to coming back to Saigon and staying here again. (My personal highlight was the mattress, which was so comfortable!)

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too
