The best host ever in my experience of using Air BnB. Everything was smoothly taken cared while I was staying for five days. Room conditions, and bath rooms with beddings were clean. Of course it is located in south east asia, it is humid when you get into the unit, but as soon as turn on the air con, you can feel the refreshing feeling with your bedding and smell of the room. If I had to comeback to hochiminh for work or break, I will definately come back to Thanh’s place. Excellent choice to stay the area is loaded with great restaurants and you have the shopping mall and MTR within steps. Next time I’m this far south I’ll check to see if it’s available.

I can't say enough good things about Duy and his apartment in D5! Very clear instructions made it very easy to find and after a very short issue with the entry code Duy was super responsive and had the whole thing resolved instantly. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Inside was beautifully decorated,simple and spacious. Aircon worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and is very accurately listed. It was great getting to know the neighbours over the week I stayed, relaxing in one of the cafes on the street below, or exploring the local neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just minutes from local food sellers, markets, templates - don't stay here without visiting An Dong or Ho Thi Ky markets. I came to HCM for a conference which was in D1 - each morning I could take a grab and be there within 15 min, even in high traffic. Thanks again!

Convenience location, spacious room and great view. The only downside is some of the furniture was pretty out of shape. other than that, wonderful place and stay.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

Such a cosy and comfortable stay! The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenient laundry service. Communication with the host was seamless, she was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

가장 좋았던 점은 숙소 컨디션이 사진과 거의 일치 했다는 점이였습니다. 81타워라서 주변 깨끗하고 아침 저녘 산책하기 좋은 공원이 바로 옆에있고 쇼핑몰이 같은 건물에 있어서 편의성 또한 좋았습니다. 이용시 아쉬웠던 점은 수건리필이 제대로 안되어서 따로 요청후에 호스트께서 처리를 해주었던 점 도어락이 1차 시도에는 항상 오류가 나서 문여는데 시간이 걸렸던 점 이두가지 빼고는 100점짜리 숙소였어요. 깔끔한 숙소에서 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 호치민 다음번 방문에는 무조건 여기로 할듯

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Airbnb verbracht und war zufrieden. Die Lage ist im obersten Stock, sodass es relativ ruhig ist (kein Fahrstuhl). Es liegt in einer Seitengasse, weshalb es kaum Verkehrsgeräusche gibt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, es gab auch sonst keine Probleme. Die kostenlose Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gewissenhaft und praktisch, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und einfach, in der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig für D1. Ich kann den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

Nice building in a quieter area of Saigon. Beds very comfortable. Decoration a bit unpersonal, but a very helpful team who reacted instantly to our requests :)

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

This place is awesome. Central, 500-700m to the nearest halal outlet, which is in front of the mosque.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.
