Dũng is a great host; he quickly responds to messages and was waiting to greet us when our car arrived. He was happy to help with any questions that we had about the facility or the surrounding area. The 3-bedroom unit that we rented was clean and comfortable. The facility is tucked away into a neighborhood about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and was mostly quiet while we were there. I would definitely rent from Dũng again.

The location is amazing!!! Only a 10 minute walk to the central, and everything else you need is right there in the neighborhood from great restaurants, delis, and small bodegas. The place was very clean, and cozy, and convenient, and quiet. Host gave us great tips on where to go for the happenings, and checked in with us to make sure we were okay. Everything you read in the reviews is correct. She (He) is the perfect host. I will stay again and again.

The slides are designed with bright yellow, green, and red colors, surrounded by imaginative structures resembling tropical trees. Children are seen playing and sliding down, while a soft rubber surface provides safety.

Absolutely perfect host! They went above and beyond. Very responsive. The place was sparkling clean, brand new building as well. The area couldn’t get any better. Plenty of car and motorbike parking. The community is built around a bunch of parks. For adult athletic parts to children’s playgrounds. If you feel like it, go get a pass for the merry-go-round, it’s unlimited! There are shopping and restaurants all within a few blocks walking. You really don’t have to leave the area if you don’t want. This is definitely the nicest place to stay in Quang Tri/Dong Ha area. The hotels have no comparison to this place.
