45 m² house located in the upper part of the village of Tautavel. For lovers of mountains, climbing, hiking and prehistory... This house includes on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed and TV. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with 2 beds of 70 close together, a bathroom with shower and toilet which is in the largest of the bedrooms. (This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility)

This small house with its small swimming pool full of charm, quiet and authentic, is only 30 minutes from the beach and coves of Leucate, and 10 minutes from the river for good swims. We have everything here or nearby. You will discover our famous wines (Castelmaure among others), our olive oil, our honeys, our goat cheeses... This place is great for all hikes, including the nearby Cathar Trail (Durban). A little paradise!

Le Chat Perché is a bright village house in the heart of Tautavel, located in the Corbières Fenouillèdes Regional Natural Park. You will have the 2nd and 3rd floors with a private entrance to the terrace. The plus of this place: Its perched terrace, facing the village and the mountain (partially shaded with its wicker roof). You can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet facing a magnificent view!! An electric barbecue is available.
