Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4 km away and the harbor of St Germain.

Le Gîte du Cotentin est idéalement situé pour découvrir toutes les beautés de notre région. Notre presbytère possède également une chambre d'hôtes pour 2 personnes. Nous sommes à deux pas des marais du Cotentin et à 15 km des plages du débarquement. Sainte-Mère église est très proche à seulement 8 km de notre propriété. Notre gîte est au calme, à la campagne, à 1,5 km du bourg où sont situés tous les commerces.
