This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Le Nid 'Eus

Ideally located, our Nid 'Eus offers hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts a wide range of excursion trails. A stone's throw from the village of Eus and at the foot of the hiking trail starting points, you can enjoy panoramic views of our mountains. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 people + 1 car only (no electric charging) + dog; dogs and cats are OK (+€10/night). The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet are on the 1st floor. We live there. Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The property has a large garden, two barbecue areas, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, an outdoor terrace with sofas and sun loungers, and a garage for 2 cars.
