An excellent place to relax, a comfortable and very nice apartment, the attention of the people in the building was great, an excellent view and an excellent host, very flexible and helpful at all times.

Jaunpablo's place was very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 2 and a half months. It is close to the bus terminal and supermarkets. The apartment block has pool and common areas that we used. The people in the building were very friendly. Jaunpablo was a very nice host, always approachable and responsive. We were in Vina during the forest fires, both Jaunpablo and building concierge gave us important information and helped us during the crisis. I would highly recommend staying at Jaunpablo's place when you visit Vina del mar.

The apartment is a dream, its facilities, location and hostess definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. Vale is super friendly and always willing and concerned, warm at all times and concerned beyond measure. Definitely a home I would always return to. The view of the place is incredible! I think it lacks heating, we went in May, we had cold days and we were a little cold, although afterwards they provided us with a stove, it was not enough for all the rooms and we could not sleep with that stove on. The rest is excellent.

We had a great weekend, beautiful place, very comfortable apartment, a fascinating ocean view, well-maintained common areas and beautiful gardens, great kindness at the concierge, Playa Los Lilenes is suitable for swimming, ideal for having a heated pool, which is why we will return later

Great apartment, looked like the photos and everything you need. Great view from the rooftop terrace. However, you have to be aware that if you walk into town or to the sea, the way back will be very exhausting. They are really steep streets. So better to take an Uber.

Jaky is an excellent host, very friendly and clear. He also recommended great places to visit. The apartment was spotless and had everything. Very good experience.

Centrally located, steps from the beach and food places, pubs and supermarket. The area is safe and pleasant, very walkable day and night.

Clara's apartment is just as described, it is comfortable, located in a beautiful complex that respects the architectural design of the city! On the other hand Clara is an excellent host, she always responded quickly and with quick, efficient and friendly communication. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant place, where you can feel at home. We definitely recommend this apartment, where you can get lost in the magical streets of Cerro Alegre, which makes it a space in one of the best locations in the city!

Very good experience. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. It has two rooms, each with its own bathroom, which makes the stay much more comfortable, especially if you are traveling as a group or family. The living-dining room is super spacious and bright, ideal for resting or sharing. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained and very well lit. The location is excellent, and everything is well indicated and signposted. In addition, communication with the host was clear, fast and very cordial. Totally recommended.

The apartment is very well located and equipped, it has sheets, toiletries, towels and kitchen utensils. Carlos is always ready to respond and answer questions.

Best of all, the location and accessibility to any place in Viña del Mar, very safe, quiet and comfortable, ideal for two people. Paulina was always attentive and concerned about our well-being, we had a wonderful weekend. Really a break in the city.

The place is as shown in the photos. The apartment is nice, clean and tidy. Communication was smooth and pleasant. The kitchen has everything; I would only make one suggestion: change the kitchen cutting board. It was a very pleasant stay.

The area has good facilities, the pool is exquisite, the apartment is well equipped, the view of the coast is beautiful, and there are a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Very good place, cozy and clean.

Everything was excellent! From the comfort of the apartment, the location and that magnificent view with the seagulls flying around that captivates you. It has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Daniela was always very friendly and attentive to my questions, we'll be back!
