The Admiral's House Top Loft

Located in Recreo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Viña del Mar and minutes from Valparaíso, our house recovers part of the city's history. The main building dates back to 1921 and was built by the father of urban planning in Chile, Mr. Luis Enrique Muñoz Maluschka. Its main owner for much of the century and in which the name was inspired, was the Vice Admiral of the Chilean Navy, Mr. Víctor Oelckers. We restored the property in 2010 and it is our primary residence.

Two rooms available in a wonderful house. One bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a terrace for personal use. Fifth Guest: * Children up to 12 years old do not pay extra. * Children over 12 or adults are charged an additional 4500/d and a single bed is installed in room 1 (see images) Room 2 is an en-suite and has a full size bed. We have 2 covered parking lots inside the property.
