This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

With direct access to the lake Plätlinsee it offers both relaxation as well as more active holiday pursuit options (swimming, paddling, hiking etc). The southfacing terrace provides an ideal backdrop for evening BBQs.

There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Retzow Palace, idyllically located, statelyly furnished, functionally equipped, offers individual relaxation surrounded by nature. In the rear left wing of the Belle Etage is this 45 sqm apartment with a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a living & sleeping area, which is kept in a successful mix of old & new. All windows overlook the castle park. The paths to the representative, publicly accessible rooms of the Belle Etage are short.

The Gesinde apartment is one of three quiet, stylish and comfortably furnished apartments in the listed Below estate ensemble. It has a separate entrance. All rooms have windows facing the courtyard and in the kitchen the morning sun can be enjoyed from the window sill counter. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed and reading chair. In the sunny living room, next to a table with four chairs, there is another French double bed.
