The apartment is located in a small village in the Empordà, in a very quiet area ideal to go to rest, disconnect and connect with nature. The beach is 15 minutes by car and the village has train station (5'walk from the apartment) which allows to go to other towns and villages with beach. Supermarket 2 minutes away and other shops in the village.

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

If you want to relax and drink fine wine within 1 metre of the beach and within 4 metres of the water this is the lance for you. Quite amazing to be so close to nature, the calming sound of the rippling waves and all under a warm Spanish sun…. Tables, chairs and sunshade provided . Should you not want to cook walk 1 metre to the right to a seafront restaurant, they will even serve you to your own appt table. The house itself was comfortable although perhaps the bedrooms lacked a bit of privacy due to the nature and likely original design of the building but I’m straining to criticise anything …… would return but will be bringing big repellent! Mucho Gracias!

We had a couple of very nice days in this farmhouse. The two houses are very cozy and well equipped. We were 11 and there was plenty of space for each of us. The farmhouse is located in a very quiet area, we could not explore much because we had a wedding but I imagine there are hiking activities to do around. Thank you very much for hosting us, it was a very pleasant stay.

A semi-covered terrace is visible, adorned with greenery that provides shade. Two woven chairs and a small table create a cozy seating area, while a rustic stone wall adds character. A view of the surrounding landscape can be seen beyond the terrace.

Great accommodation. Spacious, clean, and enough parking for 2-3 vehicles. we came for a cycling weekend and it's only about an hour cycle to Girona surrounded by beautiful countryside. it's also about 13km from Castell-Gana-Dali, which was very interesting. also, a new craft beer restaurant is just 250m from the house which has amazing food and is open late. Highly recommend the house and location!

The house was great for a large family party - spacious and well-equipped. Also tastefully decorated. Our grandchildren loved playing hide and seek throughout the house. The swimming pool was clean and well looked after. The water was still a bit cold in mid-April, but we used it every day. The house is a 15 minute walk to two local villages in either direction, and very peaceful with nice walks close by. There are good facilities for eating outdoors under cover, although we did not use them because we were out every day for lunch. Mirentxu was very quick to respond when we contacted her with a few questions.
