Great location walking distance to shops restaurants and more. View is amazing. Host is there to great you on arrival and check out to make sure your stay was available. I will say this Airbnb has restored a lot of hope for me in Airbnb and hosts. They are truly great. The apartment is clean. There is TONS of towels, bedding, coffee, water, and if you need more you can just ask. There is 20+ towels… they help you take out the trash and tell you don’t worry about the trash or the dishes in check out as the cleaner is coming. Host is very responsive and there to help you and make your stay great. Everything in the apartment worked. There is new windows that are more sound proof and nice. The living room is HUGE, and the bedroom is much bigger than expected with tons of space for clothes and bags. We will 100% stay again. The host restored my faith in Airbnb.

Grégoire's apartment is amazing. Fantastic location and an amazing eclectic space. He went over and above to make our stay in Paris a wonderful experience - absolutely faultless. Our only regret was having to leave; I just wanted to stay and live there! Highly recommended - you won't regret a moment of your stay there (until it's time to leave). I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

We had an amazing time. The accommodation is nice and tastefully decorated, we'll be back for sure. Jihane is very responsive and accommodating, she is always available.

The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. He helped make this trip smooth and enjoyable.

Raoul’s place was a great find for our stay in Paris. There is an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s very close to the subway and coffee/restaurants. He was immediately responsive to our questions.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Dalla was very friendly and apartment was very clean and well maintained. No issues.

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always got to the apartment, excellent.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is absolutely fantastic place where you can see the sunsets with a glass of wine. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly so you can fully rest after long walking across Paris. Alexandre is amazing host, always in touch to deal with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay with Fleuri and Goulnara very much. The house is spacious, tidy, clean, and full of natural light. It is very well-equipped and we didn’t miss a thing. The metro is very close by. We were happy to be their guests and would gladly return!
