Long-term rental available from October to March Opened in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent of ours located in the hamlet of St Etienne d'Escattes in the countryside amid vineyards. You will be quiet, you will enjoy a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility to cool off in our pool (to be shared with the owners). A private 10m² heated swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (no time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm, coconut, lemon, banana and olive trees. The house has a full American kitchen ( fridge, induction hob, ovens , dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine...) with a table and 4 chairs.

VILLA RIVIERA The villa is located in our tree-planted property of 4000 M2 (1 acre) located in a quiet area on the heights of Sommières between Mer and Cévennes. We will be happy to share with you access to the 80 m2 swimming pool, and its immense beach, and its bar. By reservation, you can also enjoy our restaurant "table d'hôtes" : PURA VIDA located by the swimming pool.
