Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Villette, Paris

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft außerhalb von Paris. In 15 Minuten ist der RER-Bahnhof erreichbar und man ist nach 20 Minuten Fahrt im Herzen der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist schnell und unkompliziert, die Unterkunft (vor allem die Küche) sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad modern. Für Paris-Aufenthalte, bei denen man das Auto stehen lassen möchte ohne teure bewachte Plätze suchen zu müssen, ist die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Unser Aufenthalt was super im Airbnb von Benjamin. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekam nichts vom Grossstadttrubel mit. Das Airbnb war etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber man konnte alles sehr gut mit der Metro oder dem Bus erreichen.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

O studio tinha todas as facilidades, utensilios necessários para uma estadia de 10 dias aproximadamente. Próximo de mercados (um deles ao lado da entrada do prédio), boulangeries/patisseries, metro, muito prático e funcional. Destaco a tranquilidade do local, persianas que mantem o studio escuro durante a noite e colchão confortável. Silencioso durante a noite, com exceção de uma noite apenas, mas no geral, acomodação excelente, como descrito no anúncio. Em 30 minutos, aproximadamente, estava em qualquer lugar que desejava ir.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay with a fantastic host — truly a memorable Stay! Thank you Sonia ♥️

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et lumineux ! Nous avons apprécié d'être à proximité du canal de Saint Martin et de la Cité des sciences. Merci à Sarah et Simon pour leur flexibilité concernant les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui nous a permis de faire des pauses au calme pendant notre séjour parisien !

Words can’t describe the joy we felt upon arriving in this haven in Montmartre. To watch the sun go down and the Eiffel Tower come alive from one balcony and the sun rise behind the Sacre Coeur from the other honestly brought tears to my eyes. It was everything I had hoped for and more, in our long awaited trip to Paris. The decor is beautiful, tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we booked, the host, Laurent, became a friend. He was so incredibly kind and generous with information to make our holiday the best it could be. From the champagne he left us to enjoy, to the recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information we felt so lucky to have chosen his home for our holiday. Convenient to metro, RER, bus, supermarket, health food store, restaurants and all Montmartre and Paris has to offer. A million thanks, Laurent, Camille and Russell. Australia 🇦🇺

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. This was the PERFECT amount of space for the kids to spread out when we returned from a long day of exploring Paris. The neighborhood was great and exactly what we wanted away from the hustle and bustle of Le Marais district. There was a wonderful boulangerie real close as well as a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants nearby were wonderful! The ONLY thing that would be a negative would be when stating 2 baths the europeans mean bathing rooms. There was only one toilet in a separate water closet in the common hallway. That said, 2 water closets are VERY rare in this part of Europe. The hosts did provide an ample amount of WC deodorizer for the family though. We would stay in this apartment again in a heartbeat if we return to Paris.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato, con una cucina molto funzionale. Era disponibile anche del te, caffè per un benvenuto. E' presente un piccolo giardino ed un portico dove ci si può sedere per un piacevole relax. Situato nel quartiere del Marais vicino a ristoranti, supermarket e fermate di autobus e Metro. Eric è stato molto ospitale accogliendoci ed illustrandoci esternamente i siti più importanti e all'interno dettagliatamente tutta la casa. L'unico neo il bagno che non ha nè finestre e nè un aspiratore efficace. Grazie per la bella esperienza.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

The host was extremely nice and let us store our bags after the stay. Not a bad location and a grocery store next door.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.
