Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Villette, Paris

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The stay was great. The place was very private & nice. Jessica was also very accessible & extremely helpful. It had everything from dishes to pots to linens & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have an allergy, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, overlooking Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Erwan is an amazing host! The location is perfect and very close by the Stade France (walking distance). We made a mistake with the key, and Erwan was really helpful and calm to help us fix the problem. You can trust him a lot! I really recommend you stay here, feel at home instantly with lots of help and support!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

A clear recommendation! The apartment is a dream, you immediately feel comfortable and welcome! Very nicely furnished and everything very clean. A metro station (line 4) is within 3 minutes' walking distance, so you can get everywhere. Supermarkets, bakeries and small shops are close by. Around the corner you can see the towers of the Basilica Sacré Coeur ❤️

Very nice, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood close to transit lines and the Eiffel Tower. Augustin and Allan were communicative, friendly, and helpful. The Wifi had an outage and did not work for most of our stay, unfortunately, but Augustin / Allan were very proactive in trying to help and find a solution. Would recommend this stay!

Me and my mom enjoyed our stay at Carine's place. It's so reachable from all the sightseeing places around Paris. My favourite thing was the cat Elvis🥰. He is adorable and cuddly. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable stay in Paris. 🥰✨😇

Communication ahead of our stay was clear and helpful, check-in was also easy and right on time. The apartment is clean, it had everything we needed and it’s in a great area. The hosts were also accommodating and kind.

View of the countryside on one side, sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and came back fitter thanks to Montmartre with the numerous stairs.

i Sandra's apartment is almost a miracle, for the perfect organization on a fairly limited space ( remember that we are still in Paris ). The main strengths are: the excellent cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and the availability and responsiveness of Sandra (magnificent ). And everything matches the description. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Paris for a few days.

I stayed in Turkan's apartment alone for a month and it was an incredibly special adventure that I will never forget. Her home had such a beautiful atmosphere, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived- both by her and the space. Everything I could possibly need was already provided for me, and Turkan very generously left me some fruit and wine on my arrival. I didn't speak any French when I arrived, so there was a bit of a language barrier, but Turkan took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know whilst showing me around the apartment. It was such a pleasure to live right outside (and overlooking) such a beautiful cemetery, and so close to lovely cafes, bakeries and food markets, whilst still being in a very peaceful area. Both line 12 and 13 on the metro were close by and gave easy access to the rest of the city. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again in future, I developed a real connection with the area and apartment. Thank you Turkan!

Present at check-in and check-out, they listened and did everything to make our stay great. We discovered Montreuil, a young and very nice city, lively but with quiet and safe streets. The house: beautiful decor, well-distributed rooms, very functional, the living room and the manager room can accommodate 8 guests, the sofas, the armchairs are comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, bright. The kitchen open to the manager room is equipped with recent and high-end appliances (bosch, samsung...), spacious bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the garden are bright and the bedding super comfortable, with recent mattresses (king and queen size), some farms and very firm, other fluffy. We didn't try the sofa bed, but we're sitting well, so... Note: two of the four bedrooms overlook the street, where a bus line passes (convenient to go to Vincennes), so if you are insoniaque or have very light sleep, choose the two bedrooms on the garden. The garden was in bloom when we stayed. Several tables, sun loungers and sunbeds allow you to isolate yourself for books. We were lucky enough to see it sunk all day. It's a haven of peace and greenery, appreciated by birds, butterflies...and humans, young and old;-) In short: you can go there without a second thought, you will be, like us, in love.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a lovely evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.
