Great location — fun, walkable and safe area, close to transit. Apartment was very clean and cute with a comfortable bed, small fridge and even a washer! Theo was quick to communicate. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Berenger’s place is an absolute gem. Beautiful area, roof top garden, lots of attention to detail in the apartment itself. Coffee every morning in the garden was a delight. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The bed was fabulous!!!!!

Perfect spot for us. Would return. It’s small, and a 4th floor walk up, but just what we needed for a few days. Also, surprisingly big and great shower. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Great experience!

Très beau séjour chez Laurent! Hôte très réactif et très cordial qui fait honneur à son titre de super hôte! Accueil personnalisé, amical et très efficace par Dimitri qui nous présente l’appart et nous donne toutes les explications nécessaires. Appart assez vaste pour Paris, très bien équipé, avec des appareils modernes et haut de gamme. Petites attentions bien appréciées ( jus, lait, bouteille de vin). Quartier intéressant, bien pourvu en bons restaurants (Laurent fournit d’excellentes recommandations!), le Canal St-Martin est accessible en quelques minutes à pied et les Buttes Chaumont en une vingtaine de minutes. Plusieurs stations de métro à proximité. La rue peut être passante mais avec les fenêtres fermées, c’est parfait! Encore merci Laurent!

The flat is quiet and located in a vibrant part of town, very accessible, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. We had a great stay, thanks again!

This is the best Airbnb experience we have ever had, largely thanks to our incredible host Terri! She is very helpful and responsive, making us feel completely supportive before and during our stay. The unit itself and the surrounding are nothing short of beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing that felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped. We found everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Nineteen nights went by so fast! What a great location, a great host, and a spacious apartment with artsy vibe.

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

I enjoyed this lovely little studio! Bernadette was so helpful with tips on sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.

Really enjoyed the stay!

This is a very nice house for a family. It was a five minute walk to a train station and a two minute walk to a convenience store. We found this very easy for us. Very recommended from us. We would definitely come back to this rental house.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
