A beautiful home to stay in and lovely hosts to work with! Their space makes you feel like a true Paris local - very close to the metro station and even closer to a bus stop if you need to catch a night bus. Lots of café options nearby and grocery stores as well. As noted in their description, there are three flights of stairs to climb with no lift so be mindful of your luggage - we found the stairwell to be spacious and the steps not steep so it was a pleasant workout for us haha. Danièle and Clément were kind enough to give us a flexible check out since my group had lots of bags and a later train to catch. Thank you for making our stay in Paris enjoyable!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Meryl. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, die Straße ruhig und doch perfekt zwischen zwei Metro-Stationen gelegen (Laumiere und Jaurès). Um die Ecke gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, aber wir genießen am liebsten die zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Meryl ist stets super proaktiv und sehr freundlich. Definitiv unser liebster Ort für einen Aufenthalt in Paris! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El alojamiento de Julián estaba tal cual lo mostraba en las fotos y era exactamente lo que buscaba. Tienes un bar increíble abajo para echarte una chela y comer algo rico. Hay un poco de ruido en las noches pero nada que no tenga solución. El departamento está bien ubicado y tiene todos los servicios. Si hubiera sido por mi, me hubiera quedado más días ahí.

Nós gostámos mesmo muito do apartamento! Muito bem localizado numa zona calma, com supermercados ao pé, pastelarias e restaurantes, seguro e próximo do metro. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, limpo e o sofá-cama é bastante confortável. Obrigada Barbara pelos seus conselhos, disponibilidade e rapidez a responder. Recomendo sem hesitar!

We enjoyed our stay there a lot. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The interior is very stylish. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the city train station is just a 5-minute walk away. The view of the canal was stunning. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much!

Das schönste Airbnb, in dem ich je war. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Check-in / Check-out bzw. die Kommunikation waren super easy.

Maria’s flat proved exceptionally comfortable—bright, airy and with a nice balcony looking out on greenery. The mattress was really comfortable, the air conditioning welcome indeed, and the living space surprisingly roomy. The park being just a short stroll away proved a big ‘plus’, while the metro was just an 8 minute jaunt away. Samantha was exceptionally helpful, greeting me upon arrival and answering questions really quickly over the course of my stay. I would definitely visit again!

Madeleine ,a été très claire sur l 'acces a l 'appartement. L 'emplacement mérite un 5 étoiles face au parc des buttes charmante, belle lumière et très tranquille . l appartement est très confortable avec tout ce qu î faut pour passer un bon séjour. La déco nous fait voyager dans un univers personnel ,avec de très bonnes vibrations... j ai beaucoup aimé le disque vinyl des chants de la libération du Vietnam... Merci Madeleine et a bientôt.

Nines Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir hatten das Gefühl ein Zuhause in Paris zu haben. Die Umgebung ist nicht von Touristen überlaufen und nah am Canal Saint-Martin mit all den Restaurants und Bars. Nine war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr und würden gern wiederkommen.

En plus d’être très bien situé, l’appartement dispose d’un balcon offrant une vue panoramique. Paris, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil, c’est vraiment magique : la lumière dorée inonde l’appartement. La décoration est soignée, et le quartier est tout simplement parfait. N’hésitez pas !

I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

Durch unsere späte Ankunft in Paris konnte Isabell uns nicht persönlich empfangen, aber sie hat uns ganz ausführlich beschrieben wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen und wie wir ins Studio gelangen. Das Studio liegt im Hinterhof super ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche hatte alles was man für ein Frühstück oder zum kochen benötigt. Wir würden wiederkommen und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

The apartment was beautiful, large and had a lot of Parisian charm! It was close to the metro, brassieres and restaurants. The location was great! It only took a few minutes to walk to the metro station and everyone at the nearby businesses was friendly. The beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. There was nothing negative about it. I definitely recommend this airbnb and I would stay there again!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Nous avons passé une soirée d’anniversaire inoubliable dans cet appartement rooftop absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs, amicaux et à l’écoute : chaque question a reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour : un manuel d'utilisation clair et complet, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle ! Une grande table conviviale, des lits sont très confortables et des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, idéal avec la chaleur, les espaces bien aménagés, et la terrasse tient toutes ses promesses ! Plusieurs assises permettent de créer différentes ambiances, et le jacuzzi est juste exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour une soirée réussie entre amis. Nous avions prévu d'aller à la fête de la musique mais... on a préféré rester là ! C’est dire si l’endroit était parfait… En résumé : un lieu unique, bien équipé, et parfaitement adapté à un moment festif. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
