Cottage ideally located in a peaceful village of the Corbières surrounded by rivers and swimming point. You are 30 minutes from the majestic City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes from the listed village of Lagrasse and its abbey and 60 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Narbonne and Gruissan. A multitude of walks on foot or by bike are available to you. The Chalet des Corbières is also fully equipped with air conditioning, a terrace with private jacuzzi and the pleasure of being able to dive into a shared pool.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

The Gargouille des Corbières with its outbuilding

La Gargouille is an unusual vacation rental, renovated in an old small wine cellar in the middle of the Corbières at the end of an old village of 30 inhabitants; in the middle of nature on 5000 m² of south-facing land overlooking the garrigue from which many hiking trails start. The building consists of an old wine cellar and an outbuilding converted into a bedroom and an old sheepfold inhabited by the owners. Both parts are completely independent.
