The house is centrally located in the Bastide town of Villereal and is only a few minutes walk to all the various amenities. Villereal is a beautiful and historic town which was founded in 1269 and is a member of the Les Plus Beaux Villages de France Association. The house has been renovated throughout. There is a large and private sunny garden which is unusual for properties in the town. The lounge has a wood burning stove and the garden has a spa.
