La Parenthèse Douce is a 5-minute drive from Villeneuve sur Lot city center and a 5-minute walk from amenities. You will find the quiet of a residential area with easy parking. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

This accommodation is located in a wooden house with independent entrance, built in a modern style. This is a unique opportunity to spend time in a real Finnish house. The house is located in a quiet and wooded area, 3 minutes by car from the village center, dating back to the 13th century and ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. It is possible to book breakfast or dinner with the hostess (professional chef).

This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
