This stay was really great, as in the photos it is also real. Maybe even more beautiful. Lots of space and everything well taken care of. Two beautiful bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Very nice and tidy bathroom and kitchen. Just a pity that it has not been said that it is on the 4th floor the apartment. Without elevator... From the building you are quickly at the bus line that takes you to the metro station. Super convenient, we didn't do anything by car. All in all very satisfied and maybe we'll come back again. Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

We had an outstanding experience at this beautifully refurbished apartment in Bourg-la-Reine. I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

Claude's and Sandrine's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is very cozy, clean and of great quality! All the utensils offered are great, we didn't miss anything! We would like to express our gratitude, Claude and Sandrine are extremely attentive to everything. They are available at all times, let us store our bags earlier and leave a little later to help us! The location is in a nice neighborhood and the place is very close to the train, making it easy to access the places. We recommend the accommodation to everyone, we felt at home. Small and clean studio. There is everything you need for your stay. It is within walking distance to the tram, which leads to the metro. The host was responsive, and at our request he brought the necessary things.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

Ahmed is a great host. He is very friendly and pleasant. He makes your stay very pleasant. He helped us a lot with all the directions. The apartment is in a great location to go to the center of Paris. Two minutes to the tram and then the subway. A great place!!!!
