If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel. Every morning, you will enjoy delicious pastries delivered to your door.

less than five minutes (on foot) from the drawbridge of the medieval city, located halfway up Rue Trivalle which extends the old bridge; A building known as the "Hôtel Particulier de Pelletier du Claux". Well preserved, the only one in Carcassonne dating from the time of King Henry IV. On the second floor, taking the time-worn staircase, you will access the apartment where all the windows offer an unobstructed view of the ramparts which are less than 100 meters away.

The house is located 50 meters from the castle walls (you only have to cross the street), and surrounded by vineyards. Once you have parked your car in the free spaces made available to you, you can fully enjoy your stay to walk the streets of the medieval city and enjoy the entertainment of the city and its surroundings, stroll along the wine trails, or simply recharge your batteries and enjoy the calm offered by the property.
