A perfect Place, the pool and Garden is amazing, very nice furniture, perfectly clean.

The house is great, we enjoyed the pool and the surroundings. There are air conditioning units in all rooms. The site is beautiful and we didn't miss anything. Romain is welcoming and responds quickly to messages. We had a fabulous week of family vacation. I would highly recommend this rental.

An absolutely perfect stay! The house was beautiful with a beautiful exterior. A real haven of peace, calm and relaxing, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with the family. The host was adorable, very welcoming and always available when needed. Everything was beyond our expectations. We'll be happy to go back!

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

A wonderful, well-kept house with a great pool surrounded by nature. You are on your own and yet not secluded. A dream for young and old! Claire and Pierre are very warm hosts and have great tips for doing things. Absolutely recommended! 😍

We had an amazing week in Cotignac. The villa was beautiful and Carole was there to meet us and talk us through the accommodation. There was plenty of room and the gardens and pool were fantastic. We liked the outdoor kitchen area and there are plenty of tables for eating al-fresco. I now feel inspired to create my own Mediterranean garden at home! We loved Cotignac and would certainly stay here again in the future. If you are looking for a characterful villa in beautiful surroundings, then book this one!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We - 2 people - stayed 11 nights in Natalie's house. On one side the unobstructed view of the sea and the Gulf of St. Tropez, on the other the view to the green and rolling hills of the hinterland. The surroundings are incredible - as is the house itself. Absolutely quiet secluded location, high-quality and stylish amenities as well as wonderfully maintained plants and greenery around the house. The pool is large and also very suitable for swimming, the kitchen is very well equipped, as is the entire outdoor area. From our side, Natalie's house is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for peace, loving and appreciating a stylish environment as well as having the leisure for the view. Communication very good, the last meters of the journey steep - but without problems to cope with any CAR.

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us lots of tips and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with all the necessities. Great place for a group. A kitchen room ideal for meals and breakfasts. The bedrooms are upstairs (except one) with each its front door and bathroom, it's a motel.

It is a beautiful and cozy house with a big garden and pool perfect for bigger groups or families. It is located a bit offside so its very calm but all important things still are within reach. Marie was a very friendly and helpful host who always reacted very fast to any questions. We would definitly consider coming back!

Great villa, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool and great to have table tennis and a trampoline to keep the children entertained.

Great place to stay felt like home and had a lovely size pool to play in. plenty to do in the surrounding area, The Verdon lake was breathtaking and definitely worth a visit (or 2). Maeva and Ben are lovely people and will help with any issues or questions. would return again.

A very nice house that we will definitely book again. Whether it was the large pool where we could relax during the day or the large terrace with the large sofa where we lay in the evening and watched stars, everything was exactly as we wanted it. Usually we go out to eat a lot on vacation, but the large kitchen invited us to cook. The house has many beautiful and lovingly furnished corners that make you feel right at home. Josef is very personable and we coordinated our arrival by phone. I would have liked a faster response from him to my questions before and during the stay. The contact person on site was Robert. Robert is, like everyone else we met, super friendly and speaks super English. A house that we can absolutely recommend! Our children call it “The Dream House” Thank you, Albersmeyer family, for having us as guests in your beautiful home.
