Immediately when you leave there are pleasant paths through the countryside, you can reach a creek in 25 minutes walking. or by bike, among pines, holm oaks and ash trees. It is the surroundings of the Regional Park of the Middle Course of Rio Guadarrama. 500 meters from the apartment there is a shopping center with two supermarkets, restaurants etc. The European University is located 4 kilometres away.

The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.

The house is located in a beautiful garden shared with our own home. It is a guest house in an open loft style, separated from the main house. We are in the heart of a residential area, called "El bosque" (the forest). Close to ESC La Liga (300m). It is ideal to relax, quiet, with green surroundings only 20 km from Madrid. You can enjoy the chimney, Netflix in winter & the pool (shared with us) and barbecue in summer.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very well connected, connected to the different modes of transport: Cercanías C5 (stop: Mostoles Central), MetroSur L12 (stop: Móstoles Central), Buses L1, L4, L5, 519, 520, 521, 523, 525, 526, 527, 498 etc... 5 minutes from Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets. It's a room without an elevator.
