Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

Perfect place to stay if you're wanting to explore the city. Is very central and within walking distance to everything. Great views of the city too

We stayed at Victoria’s place for a week, and it felt like a home away from home in Madrid. The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—if you’re into interior design, you’ll appreciate how thoughtfully everything is put together. The theme is colorful and vibrant, even the kitchenware is in playful candy tones, and there’s a lightbox that says “Confitería” (which means candy shop in Spanish) Every piece of furniture is carefully chosen and blends well with the overall aesthetic. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Great lighting, comfy bed, strong water pressure, and even a mid-week towel refresh. It was perfect for working remotely and relaxing. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and tourist spots. Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself is really quiet. We had a wonderful week at Victoria’s place and would absolutely recommend it!

We were very comfortable in David's apartment, we felt right at home! Everything was very clean and tidy, and it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The entrance was very spacious to leave things. We went with a 2-year-old girl, and it was great for leaving her stroller. Definitely a very nice and quiet place to enjoy the weekend.

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Excellent stay, very clean, very well-equipped, perfect air conditioning. Great location, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

It is a detached house attached to yours, which conveys a great sense of home, autonomy and comfort. We were 4 adults and it was perfect in terms of space and amenities. I would just like to point out to future guests that it has low ceilings and door frames, but it is not overwhelming at all, in fact it has a lot of natural light. Of course, if we return to this northwest area of Madrid, we will leave it marked in favorites. Thank you Agustín!

We have passed a great bridge. The house is amazing and the children have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool, which looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Eduardo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. We enjoyed the garden and the view, especially from the apartment the view is beautiful. The center of Madrid is easy to reach by car. The apartment itself is cozy, neat and clean, we spent most of the time in the garden, enjoyed the nice weather and the fragrant jasmine bush.

Everything was perfect!! Carlos gave me detailed check-in instructions. The area is quiet. Great value for money.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
