The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor, we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, and the bathroom in the back. On the top floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Even if the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me beforehand!!

A car is absolutely necessary and consider that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

Sending of identity card photography is required by the RB&B app. The Suite has a separate entrance. 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (one above the other) 1 Full bathroom The porch of the casita is for private use by guests. The swimming pool is for community use. There are minors in the house. Nudity and thongs are not allowed in the garden. Well connected to the city center. Bus 6 min and train 9 min walk Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
