House patio XIII: bedroom + bathroom

A charming terrace is visible, featuring a small table and a chair, adorned with potted flowers. The backdrop showcases historical buildings and a distant cathedral under a twilight sky, providing a scenic view and creating an inviting outdoor setting.

This place is so cool in a magical and historic city. You feel so dropped into the architecture and style of the city, but this apartment is a hidden modern apartment oasis. The jacuzzi was amazing, but my favorite aspect might have been eating on the rooftop balcony. Beautiful!

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

BEAUTIFUL HOME! We had an amazing stay in this house. The house was extremely clean. Had everything we needed for the 14 people staying there. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host left me a playpen for my baby with baby blanket and pillow and toys and bath tub. The house is just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and had someone waiting to greet us and show us everything upon Check in. Restaurants and grocery stores and playgrounds are all close by walking distance. Highly recommend!

View to Plaza Mayor

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

Perfect stay, beautiful view from the window and ideal location, plus Josemi's recommendations (such as taking the escalator on the way from the train station) were top notch!
