Monthly Rentals in Villas, Lower Township

This place was super clean, comfortable, charming and peaceful. Check in process was seamless. They really nailed the beach theme here down to the detail. Loved the tiki bar window. The fire pit was a nice way to wind the night down + the yard had some outside lighting. The location itself leaves you at a perfect middle to visit Wildwood and Cape May/Cape May Courthouse or catch a sunset on the bay right across the street. Sally was responsive with any questions and Drew was super friendly and accommodating. Loved it

We had a perfect stay! The place was absolutely beautiful—every detail of the decor was thoughtfully done and made it feel so cozy and inviting. The location was amazing, just minutes from downtown Cape May, which made exploring super convenient. Everything was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. Communication was also fantastic—responses were quick and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay during our mini-moon! The accommodations were incredibly spacious for a tiny home, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was spotless with high end finishes and we really enjoyed the private hot tub and the well-equipped gym. It was the perfect getaway! We will be back to stay in another one of the tiny homes in the coastal quad collection. As an interior designer, it was up to my standards on style and comfortability! Thank you Donna!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend with the girls! Good proximity to Cape May for shopping/restaurants/beach (about a 20 minute drive) but also located literal steps from a nice quiet beach area as well. The apartment was the perfect size for four guests and the deck/patio furniture/beach chairs were nice bonuses. The host was responsive for the couple questions we had throughout our stay. Lovely little beach getaway!!
