The apartment is as described. The location is central, close to the tram. Despite a bug on the platform, the arrival (instructions and entry code not available) Akim was quick to respond and very available!

Very comfortable apartment, bed ++++, very nice balneo shower, amenities +++ - the arrival in the building under construction is a little scary but the apartment is totally new and clean -/ the ground floor limits the opening of the windows a little but the street is not very busy - an excellent night spent!

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. We arrived with our two young boys, and everything was perfectly prepared for our family—even extras were offered for the kids. We were welcomed with an espresso machine, pods, a big fruit basket, and pastries, which made us feel right at home. The private terrace was a safe space for our boys to play and a lovely spot for meals. We stayed for a month, and the hosts were consistently kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. From providing a screwdriver to offering to ship back our forgotten Apple TV, their hospitality was exceptional. Being new to the area and out of the country, we were so grateful for the ease and comfort they provided. The apartment is not only chic but also highly functional. I truly wish I could give this place 10 stars—highly recommended! Also the location can’t be beat- right in city center with lots to do and easy access to tram

The studio is very nice, quiet, and very nicely decorated. It is in a very good location, right in the city center. It went very well and the studio is very cozy!

We had a great time. The apartment is bright, clean and cozy. Eric was very welcoming and very responsive. We would recommend it without hesitation.

I'm really glad I met Sanaa, kind and helpful. It was a beautiful experience, within walking distance of the center and with the bus station very close, a supermarket and a boulangerie right in front of the B&B where we did our shopping and had breakfast! If we go back to Saint-Étienne, we'll definitely go back to Sanaa's. ❤️

I was looking forward to returning to this charming studio! In this season I enjoyed the freshness of the interior, which is still impeccable. The garden is always pleasant and quiet, Anne's welcome is also always pleasant and caring. I hope with all my heart to come back for my next stays in St Étienne!

A functional space, very clean, bright, unobstructed view. Peaceful, no noise at night, the windows overlook the roofs, not the street. Easy entry and exit, Mylène welcoming and very responsive

My parents' stay went very well! Marlene was very welcoming and very responsive. Communication with her went very well! The apartment is in a beautiful location in Saint-Etienne, close to Place Jean Jaurès, so full of cafes and shops right next door, but the apartment overlooks a courtyard, so very quiet and peaceful! A little piece of heaven 2 steps from Chateaucreux train station. We can see that everything has been thought out with care and love down to the smallest detail. great spa and very hot water perfect for relaxing after a hard week oven, microwave, shower, fridge, excellent internet connection. Bed so comfortable that you don't want to get out of it (and I'm picky) i'll be back without a second thought Thank you Florian

Great stay, extremely nice apartment

A change of scenery is guaranteed! The accommodation is sublime, as soon as we walk through the door of the accommodation we enter another world and forget everything we have left behind. It was a surprise, my spouse didn't expect this at all when opening the door. The small pdf with the instructions is very good. I recommend taking the partner for brunch, accommodating person and we had a great time! The only small downside, unless I'm mistaken, is that the accommodation doesn't have air conditioning. So we got a little hot at night.

An experience to live, it's really the type of Airbnb we want to see more of, especially at this price! We recommend it between the massage seats and the jacuzzi (too bad we had a leak at the time to enjoy it) but given Maxime's responsiveness I'm sure it will be fixed soon. We strongly recommend!

Marie-Anne is a generous, smiling and very welcoming woman who made us feel at ease. The accommodation is great, functional, we didn't want for anything! The pool area was nice and we enjoyed having a barbecue on the private terrace. Being able to leave our mark in this place is a great concept. I would highly recommend this place!! Thanks again for the great time.

Impeccable accommodation, I would recommend it. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning and the neighbors upstairs are quite noisy. But otherwise, no complaints, I'll do it again!
