Excellent accommodation in Pucon. Very well located and comfortable. Lucia is a very attentive host. We already want to go back!

Mariela's apartment is comfortable, quiet, very nice and clean, it has everything, its location is close to the center so it is very easy to get to the building. Mariela was flexible with check-in and check-out times, always attentive to answer questions and welcome. The people in the concierge are friendly and helpful. A highly recommended and quiet place, I recommend it!

The stay was great, Don Marcelo and his family are very nice. The apartment has everything you need and is in an excellent location, you can walk downtown and it is a few minutes from the bus terminal.

This place was probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! The beds were so comfy, the shower was great and the view of the volcano was stunning. It's walking distance to everything in the town centre which was very handy.

It's just like the pictures. Just for two, a very clean place. A very safe area, the host responds quickly, I highly recommend it! I would come back without hesitation

An excellent place to rest, get to know and enjoy the wonderful things about Villarrica. I'd like to highlight its order and cleanliness, very concerned about the details which makes for a very comfortable stay. Natalia is a very good host, she responds quickly and is attentive if you need anything. It is close to the lake and many places to visit, as well as very good restaurants. I recommend it.

Very cozy, clean, safe, great location and very warm apartment was the best

Brand new apartment! Very cozy. It had leftover stoves and blankets (in case it's cold). Everything is very spotless, you can tell the place is new. We really liked the closed neighborhood like condominiums. A very safe area.

Everything impeccable and perfect location. It's all within walking distance. Supermercado and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are also great. It was also very helpful to have a washer-dryer for our clothes, plus a dedicated parking spot for our car in a secure underground garage in the building. (Note that the garage ceiling is very low, so we recommend small cars only; however, there is also plenty of free street parking outside.) Gabriela and Sebastian are very nice, responsive and proactive hosts, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They were also flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We would be happy to book this apartment if we visit Pucón again!

We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

Excellent view very good facilities

Karin is always concerned with making your stay perfect. He answers very quickly. The apartment is spotless, fully equipped and in working order. The building's reception staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to downtown Pucón and a quiet environment to rest. It is on a quiet street and on the lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy a gazebo and jacuzzi. Excellent stay, definitely highly recommended

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the condominium's common spaces and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

Wonderful accommodation. I highlight the kindness, worries and friendliness of Juan José, without a doubt an excellent host, of all my trips, the best host I have known so far, responds quickly and clearly all questions. The apartment is very nice, like, spacious, surrounded by a fantastic environment, ideal for going with the family and relaxing, I recommend it 1000%, when I travel back to Pucón I would love to stay in this apartment again.
